Massive thanks and appreciation to everyone who came out for our Opiuo Band and Spoonbill show at the HiFi a few weeks back, that was definately our most fun indoor show to date and top show of form by the Brisbane massive in attendance ... we love you and appreciate the support and good vibes !!!
Winter's here and the EFF Team is beginning its hibernation with early planning for EFF2014 already underway, some quieter time ahead of dreaming, seeding and visioning for the next edition of Earth Frequency. But we have a couple of exciting shows happening in the coming weeks and some other news to announce with our upcoming collaboration with Island Vibe Festival 2013 .. read on for all the details!!

EFF & Shucka present - Outlook Launch - June 8th @ The HiFi
Two of Brisbane's heavyweight crews are coming together to bring you an epic night of deep bass music. Earth Frequency Festival and Shucka are super proud to be presenting the Brisbane Outlook Launch!! For those unaware, Outlook Festival is one of the highest regarded bass music and roots festivals worldwide, and each year they send touring artists to spread the outlook vibe and launch their festival.
We're going all out on this one - expect extra subs installed, lasers, 3D mapped projections and some serious bass frequencies!!!! And Monday is a public holiday so there's no excuse to not come and party :D

Kooii @ The HiFi - Brisbane - July 13th
Earth Frequency is honoured to be bringing you this event in July, presenting one of our favourite Australian live acts in their only Brisbane show for 6 months. We hope you'll join us for some warm vibes in this special winter show.
One of the country's much loved innovators of roots music, Kooii, come together with Earth Frequency Festival to present a soulful and rockin' night of eclectic groove music culture at the HiFi, West End. Kooii will headline the night that will also feature Chocolate Strings, DJs Papa Bitch-O and Rudekat and more to be announced.
Having had a break from performing, Kooii return this winter to begin another stage in their evolution. Their music masterfully weaves African, reggae and jazz influences into a unique musical experience that has compelled and transformed audiences since they began.
They will be joined by Chocolate Strings who from their recent revival have been exciting old fans and winning over new with their relentless celebration and honest delivery of a potent mix of Polynesian influenced vocals, riding through a mix of latin and reggae grooves.
This will be a night of delicious sonic quality, high calibre musical innovation and medicine to keep your hearts strong and your bodies drawn naturally to dance catharsis.

For those in the Brisbane area .. this is an event we would love you to support. One of the Earth Frequency family is organising this charity event .. she is an epic rig and inspiration to us all with her dedication to this cause and her own personal journey with this condition. Multiple Sclerosis Matters is a fundraiser event held during MS Awareness month, featuring a stellar local and national line-up of musicians, silent auctions, art for sale, raffles and top shelf production, all set in one of Brisbane's funkiest new venues, Loft West End. 100% of all funds raised at this event go directly to MS Australia to assist them in our common goal of a world free from MS and its devastating impact.
The inaugural MSM in 2012 was a personal appeal from co-director Eleanor Rigden, a year after one horrible night turned her entire world around. This event became her way of fighting, the only avenue through which she is able to challenge this incurable disease. This year we continue the fight, and ask you all to continue to believe in our futures, in a world free from MS.
